Ionic Yoga is a guided relaxation CD designed for use with ionic foot baths. Ionic Yoga is unique in that it guides the listener in the foot bath setting, enhancing the release of tension and toxins during a session. Ionic Yoga employs the yogic principles of body and breath awareness along with healing affirmations and visualizations that increase the beneficial results of any foot bath.
